Foundations of Functional Yin Yoga · a preparatory immersion & gateway into advanced Yin studies.
A professional introduction to the essential principles of Yin Yoga through the lens of functional movement, embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, and contemplative practice.
Designed for dedicated practitioners, yoga teachers, and curious beginners alike, the course establishes a strong experiential and educational base for those wishing to deepen into the full Yin Yoga Teacher Training pathway.
The curriculum is rooted in contemporary functional anatomy, traditional Yin principles, fascia-informed practice, mindfulness, and the art of holding space. The intention is not simply to learn postures, but to understand the purpose, intelligence, and methodology behind Yin Yoga as a transformative practice.
