The work

A lab, not a flow. You test, learn, refine.

Strength is a skill. Stretching and mobility grow from it. Mornings open with yoga. Afternoons are for Evia — the house faces the beach, just a small road to cross.

Food is part of the work. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are healthy and built to support the body, with nourishing snacks throughout the day.
