Movement

A way of listening.

Movement

We move to feel, not to be seen.

Rooted in years of dance, somatic study, and therapeutic practice, this approach treats the body as a place of inquiry rather than a project to fix. Strength is built slowly. Mobility is earned through attention. Stillness is part of the work.

Whether the form is a long Yin hold, a slow mobility sequence, or a gesture borrowed from dance, the question is the same — what is true here, in this body, today.

Sensation

Listening before shaping.

Breath

The thread that organises the body.

Intelligence

Trusting what the body already knows.
